    I ordered 10 mugs. I had 3 that did not turn out. I “contacted” the company about them and never got a response. One would think with a $250 purchase there would be some quality assurance.

    This has been at nightmare. I ordered on July 20 and am yet to receive my items. The original purchase was lost by the carrier, when I reached out to customer support they told me to wait a few more days. The items still didn’t arrive so I utilized the insurance. Unfortunately the items were out of stock so I ordered a similar product. I originally purchased 6 items however they only replaced 5 and I had to follow up multiple times for the refund on the missing items. I cannot speak on the quality of the items as they still have not arrived. While I don’t plan to marry again I would advise couples to use a different site. This company has been terrible to work with and they clearly don’t care about their customers.

    Came out great

    They look great and shipped fast unlike the other half of my order. Will give 5 stars when the other half of order arrives
