    Ordered these items in November 2022. Received in January 2023. Asked for expedited handling. Called customer service the week of Dec 5th and no update was able to be given about my order. Representative notified vendor of my order as it had never progressed for ordered to the next phase.

    Received items and noticed fingerprints, smudges. Also a difference in color where monograms were placed. Some areas are darker then other.
